Used or Reman turbo?

Where is the best place to either get a reman turbo or used for a 2004 V70 T5?

16T center cartridge. Unbolt compressor and turbine housings, bolt onto new center cartridge, drive away for $220. This is all assuming your turbo didn't get so borked that the wheels hit the housing.

turbo upgrade?

I guess I would like to leave it stock, I heard upgrading can cause overheating and you have to change exhaust? I don't know if this is true.
