What wheels are these?

I saw these wheels on a very new volvo in Northern Ireland whilst i was there, I was wondering if anyone knew what kind these were.

Buick GNs also came with a good looking steel wheel too. I refurbed a set for a friend. Were chrome outer with smal black painted center.1987 IIRCC
