Yoshifab 960 throttle adapter first impressions

I used the tps from my original throttle body. It will bolt to the 960 throttle body if you drill and tap the spots that are there for the bolts, but they aren't drilled and tapped is all. Not sure on the 960 TPS working or not. Not sure on the other questions...Other then that it will fit with the intake spacers probably unless they are more then say 3 inches perhaps. Just guessing, but tons of room on my 740. Also your 240 doesn't have the alternator right in the way like a 740 does.
 
It does have power steering though, I'll have to look at your setup sometime up close. The intake spacers are less than an inch thick, lol.

EDIT: You are not running the AC compressor... I will be. Can you compare the location of things with one of your other 240s and see if you think I'll have an issue there? Probably will, and then I'd have to be like all of you turbo guys anyway and use some silicone and move things around. Which I will likely end up doing anyway with a 3" setup...

Which PS pump do you have above the AC, the -90/91 style or the 92+ style? There is probably room to curve the pipe/hose around the power streering, but I can probably check it on mine. I have a '90 and '92 in the driveway, each with a different stock AC/PS configuration.
 
Revival. Pics are all dead.

Curious about using a 960TB on the LH2.4 B230FT setup. I have TB's, can make my own adaptor plate, just need info on using the LH TPS in place of the Motronic version.

If you want one of the old YoshiFab adapters for the stock manifold that's a 90* elbow let me know, I have one in the shed and wouldn't want much to drop it in the mail to you.

I looked at that, then remembered I had modded a 960TB when I did the LH2.4 conversion on my X1/9 - I may be able to use that as is - if not, I'll flip the shaft & tap the standoffs
