Yoshifab Isolators

Recently bought myself the intake manifold isolators from Yoshifab. Just wondering if anyone is running these on a car with EGR? I can't seem to get the EGR pipe to fit onto the manifold with the isolators on.

If you unbolted the backet that also holds down the breather box, I bet you could make it work. Maybe stand off the egr valve bracket with longer bolts and some washers, get creative.

Since the isolators move the intake off the head, you can make a spacer where it connects to the intake manifold to make up the space and use longer bolts. I ended up just deleting my whole EGR system from my car when I bought my isolators. Since your intake will the the mounting hole for the EGR pipe you will need to fab up blocking plate if you choose to remove the EGR.

I’m going to look into messing around with some bolt lengths/spacers.. been dealing with temperature in the low 20s so haven’t been willing to get out there and work on it..

I have similar isolators on mine with EGR connected. I didn't have to use an EGR-to-intake spacer and nothing was an issue. I might have had to loosen the EGR mount on the block, but nothing that stood out as problematic.
