Hey guys, finally slapped on my nippo alt the other day, and the belt was still way too short. Already running a belt ~1" shorter than stock for the underdrive pulley. Anybody have a good part number for a belt that'll fit?

So, slapping on a holset in place of my little T3. Could I just hack off the WG flapper, and weld the hole shut, and bolt it up? I can't see the difference between the two bolt patterns. Holset...

Can I drill out these two holes to improve cooling? I think I've seen where you could on an 8v head, but I figured I'd ask.

I can't find it now, but I swear I've seen where a guy ported some potentially problematic oil passages on our motors. The oil hole behiind the oil filter comes to mind. Anyone know where it's at, or have any ideas? I've got it out on the stand, so yeah.

Item 4 in this picture, if you can see it. The nut disappeared, so I went to tighten another one on, and the stud spins freely in the body. Ideas?

Picture attached. The casting coming out of the left hand side is horizontal, relative to the oil drain. It'll be going on a 16v'ver, so I'll need to make a header anyways. Gonna order a dozen stainless bends, and see what I can do with that. Ideas till they get here?
