TD04 13c bearing housing compatibility with TD04HL turbine shafts

Hi

I'm planning to build up a new CHRA to fit to my angled HL turbine housing that's in use on the car. Plan is billet wheel and larger cover to match, and uprated turbine wheel/shaft.

My options are rebuild current 15g in use, or get another bearing housing so the 15g can be used elsewhere.

However, I have the original 13c and I'm trying to work out if I can use the bearing housing and rebuild that with the HL shaft and wheels. I can't find any exact numbers, so apart from just attempting it, I can't work out if the bearing housings are interchangeable between all TD04s?

No, the compressor wheel doesn't fit. The turbine wheel does.

No. Same issue. 19/20t have larger space for compressor wheel. If you want a 19t you can buy a chinabay turbo for $300. Tons of people run them with no issue.

Thanks - I think I'll try and pick up a second hand unit first and rebuild it as it should be a decent saving after adding the delivery and tax for an eBay 19t into the UK.

Out of curiosity, what part hits on the RA? Can it be machined?
