It's a factory 740 SE spoiler, only available on the used market.

For the headlights, you just need a Hella sealed beam conversion which is available at most autoparts stores, then go to DDMTuning.com for an H4 hi/low HID kit. Should run $150-200 for everything

Where can i find a lip spoiler like then one on your 740? Also is there an hid kit for four headlight system?
